1. What is the difference between the digital image options that you offer?

Digital Image - Screen & Printing Permitted
This high-resolution digital image is suitable for printing in a variety of sizes at your preferred photo printer. Most importantly, your purchase includes a license to print the image.

Digital Image - Screen Only - No Printing
This digital image is optimized for viewing on-screen such as a computer or mobile devices. Printing is NOT permitted by license.

2. Will my digital image purchase be covered by the logo (watermark) that I see in my gallery?

The watermark that you see over the images in your gallery is to protect against illegal screenshots and downloads. (Thank you for your understanding!) All digital image purchases will be delivered with the watermark removed.

3. I ordered the wrong digital image. Can I "exchange" it? 

Digital images cannot be "exchanged". All digital image sales are final. Additional images may be purchased from your gallery.

4. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?

Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.

5. I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."

6. I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?

After you have placed an order or registered with the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and the new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos, and check the status of your orders.

7. Where can I see the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."

8. How long will the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and the delivery method. Standard shipping for prints is typically 7-10 business days. Specialty items can take a few extra days for production.

9. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are committed to offering only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please get in touch us and we'll make it right. Contact Wes via email: wes@westonimages.com 

10. Can I crop the images?

Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.

11. I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.

12. Can you add, remove or "retouch" my photos? (Enhancement Services)

We offer a variety of Enhancement Services. These are paid products that can be purchased with your order. The cost associated with the service largely depends on the complexity and time involved in the request. See the list of services below for details.  In ALL cases, you MUST contact us prior to purchasing an enhancement service.

Basic Retouching - Clean-up of minor blemishes such as temporary skin irritations. i.e. Acne, redness due to colds and allergies, left-over "lunch", etc. Please contact us prior to purchasing this product to discuss your request.

Advanced Retouching - Removal or replacement of elements such as disheveled clothing, sports equipment, or otherwise any issue requiring illustrative skills. Please contact us prior to purchasing this product to discuss your request.

Special Requests – By Quote - We do our best to accommodate requests ahead of picture day at no additional charge, but exceptions outside of our volume photography production are time-consuming. Especially following picture day. Accordingly, requests that require one-off compositing of individuals is a paid service. Please contact us prior to purchasing this product to discuss your request.
